Session Shows How Wellness Matters in Dealing with Loss of Loved One

ABERDEEN (May 2, 2013) - North Plains Hospice, a program of Avera St. Luke’s Hospital, will offer a free session on “When Coping With a Loss … Wellness Matters” from noon to 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 14, in Aberdeen at Avera St. Luke’s Education Center, 709 Sixth Ave. S.E.

Living with the loss of a loved one can be an overwhelming experience. Each person is unique in the ways of coping with and experiencing a loss. This program is an opportunity to learn how to best take care of yourself in the days, weeks, months and years after a loss. A team of professionals will be available to offer ideas and tips on wellness during grief.
