If you have questions regarding specific courier needs or comments on current courier services, please contact your lab service center or MedSpeed.
Scheduled Service
MedSpeed scheduled service provides routine pickups and deliveries at your location on a regular basis. To send an item using this method, you would:
- Ensure the package is properly sealed.
- Place a preprinted barcode label on packages including specimens or other sensitive materials. Labels are available to print by accessing your MedSpeed client login.
- Place the package in the designated MedSpeed pickup spot at your location.

On-Demand Service
If you need to deliver something quickly or outside of your regular schedule, MedSpeed can help with an on-demand service.
To request this, you would:
- Call 877-434-9366 Opt 1.
- Provide a pickup location, address, contact person and phone number.
- Choose and provide the service type you need (see below).
Service types:
- Scheduled: Coordinated with MedSpeed based on current routes.
- Will call: Delivery for same day requests, depending on route availability.
- Same day: Delivery within standard business hours on the same day.
