Professional Staff

  • Our technical advisors are experienced clinical lab scientists. They are well versed in Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) standards, compliance, billing and accreditation requirements for Commission on Laboratory (COLA) and College of American Pathologists (CAP).
  • Our client services staff make arrangements to connect clients to our professional resources (pathologists and others). They are responsible for packaging and shipping tests performed by referral labs and follow established standards and procedures.
  • Our pathologists serve as active clinical consultants. They are available 24 hours a day for consultation for appropriate test utilization, interpreting test results and other needs.
