Electronic Health Record Access
If you’re a physician, other provider or support staff member who needs access to the AveraChart (Meditech Expanse EHR) to help care for an Avera patient, you can get limited, read-only access. Note that Avera is moving to Epic as an EHR, and patients will start using Avera MyChart after May 30, 2026. Any new requests for Meditech access will be reviewed to determine if the request can wait.
