Finding Us: Our clinic is in the southeast part of Gregory, just to the north of US Hwy 18 near the intersection of East 1st Street and Logan Avenue. Parking is available next to the building. Use the east entrance.
If you have a serious or life-threatening emergency, call 911 or visit our emergency department in the same building. Acute care is available during extended hours on Saturdays. If you need non-emergency care during normal business hours, call our main clinic at 605-835-9611.
