Triage Program for Behavioral Health Concerns
If you or a loved one is in urgent need of behavioral health care, call 605-322-4086 and ask about our Triage Therapist Program. Through this program, you can see a professional within 72 hours. After your visit, you'll receive a referral to the provider and any services that can best meet your needs.
Our team knows addiction care services must focus on the person, not the behavior. That central idea is a vital part of all our services, which include chemical dependency assessments, individual therapy sessions, couples/family therapy sessions and a variety of group sessions, such as:
- Early intervention
- Pain management and relapse prevention
- Intensive outpatient
We employ the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) guidelines so each patient receives the proper level of care. We incorporate physical, emotional, social, mental and spiritual aspects of care and treatment.
