Finding Us: Our clinic is located two blocks off the intersection of Highways 23 and 212. The clinic entrance is located off 10th Avenue on the east side of the building, which is the ground level. Parking is available next to the building.

At this Avera clinic in Granite Falls, you’ll find outpatient mental health care and counseling to help you during times of stress, grief, loss and other difficult emotions. Our mental health professionals work with patients of all ages, from children and teens to adults 18 years and older.

Our therapists and counselors use different evidence-based modalities, including the Creating Opportunities for Personal Emplowerment (COPE) program. This cognitive-behavioral six-week program is designed for older children and teens, empowering them to build life-changing skills to help manage stress, anxiety and depression.
