Urgent Care for Evenings and Weekends

Save your spot in line right before or during urgent care hours. Wait comfortably at home or another convenient location until your estimated visit time. You may also walk-in to this location and wait, or call 605-322-2945 to check on wait times.

Only East Side 24/7 Emergency Department

Avera is proud to offer the first and only emergency department for east side Sioux Falls residents. Staffed 24/7 by residency-trained physicians, this emergency department provides around-the-clock services that are available – including imaging (CT and X-ray) and laboratory services.

If a patient requires specialized care or needs to be admitted to the hospital, we will stabilize them on site and transfer them by ambulance to the appropriate Avera facility at no extra cost.

Virtual Care

Avera emergency departments are equipped with telemedicine for additional support as needed.
