Finding Us: Our clinic is located near the intersection of Glynn Drive and Wallace Street. Free parking is available next to the building. Use the south entrance.

If you have a serious or life-threatening emergency, call 911 or visit our emergency department in the same building.Acute care is available during extended hours. Same-day appointments are also offered during normal clinic hours. If you need non-emergency care during normal business hours, call our main clinic at 605-928-7961.
