- Specialty exams including impairment rating examinations (IRE), permanent partial disability (PPD), independent medical examinations (IME), second opinions and causation review
- Spirometry screening, National Institute for Occupational Safety & Health (NIOSH) trained staff

- Certified medical review officers (MRO) with reasonable suspicion training
