Finding Us: This clinic is located on the Avera Queen of Peace Hospital campus near East 5th Avenue and Foster Street. Free parking is available next to the building. Use the hospital main entrance and take the elevators to the 2nd floor.

We strive to get patients back to work or into therapy as quickly as possible. Primary care and specialty providers will refer patients to our services to help address the pain you’re experiencing. Our team of specialists develops a care plan while working with referring providers.
