Finding Us: This clinic is on the second floor of Avera Sacred Heart Hospital in southwest Yankton. Free parking is available next to the building. If you’re an evening in-lab sleep patient, check in at the emergency department.  Patients for other appointments should use the main hospital entrance.

Sleep Study Referrals

Any primary physician can order a home sleep apnea test. For a sleep study at our diagnostic center, talk to your family practice doctor, a pulmonologist, a neurologist, or an ear, nose and throat physician about whether it is appropriate for you. Or our sleep medical director (pulmonologist) can review each patient referral before ordering and scheduling an in-lab sleep study test.
