Assistance Services
Our specialty pharmacy offers a variety of assistive services to support patients. To request these services, please review the information below or contact the pharmacy.
- Financial assistance: As a health care ministry, Avera cares for all patients regardless of ability to pay.
- Language interpretation: Communication assistance is available for people with limited English proficiency or if there is a need for a translator.
- Hearing assistance: Call 711 (or 800-877-1113 from outside South Dakota) for Telecommunications Device for the Deaf (TDD) and Teletypewriters (TTY) services. Simply request the state Relay and their staff connects you to the Avera Specialty Pharmacy.
