TMJ Therapy
The temporomandibular joint (TMJ) acts as a sliding hinge that connects your jawbone to your skull. This area can be affected by pain caused by an improper bite, clenching or grinding of the teeth, arthritis, injury, postural dysfunction or other issues. Our therapy clinics offer treatment to help relieve pain, improve mobility and strengthen this and surrounding areas. Therapy options include:
- Strengthening and stretching exercises for the temporomandibular joint

Our pediatric speech therapy services partner with the Scottish Rite through donated funds to the Avera Foundation to support children who would not normally qualify for speech therapy services through their health insurance plan. Region’s Only Warm-Water Therapy Pool
Physical and occupational therapy patients can benefit from the only full-size, warm-water therapy pool in the region. This 1,000-square-foot pool is handicap accessible, monitored by a certified lifeguard and features a treadmill, jets and benches. After completing treatment, patients can pay a low monthly fee to use the warm water therapy pool to continue their prescribed aquatic exercise plan on their own.
