In this building on campus, Avera offers outreach specialty care from a variety of providers who may visit in person or see patients via telemedicine. For telemedicine appointments, patients still come to our campus for a virtual visit with an Avera specialist located elsewhere.
Some specialty services include cardiology, kidney care, pulmonology and sleep medicine. Many of these specialists require referrals. Contact their home clinic for questions and scheduling.
Avera St. Mary’s Hospital offers 3D mammograms. Mammograms are an important health screening for women ages 40 and older. Request an appointment at this location or call 605-318-7510.

The cafeteria and café warmly welcome visitors to grab a drink or bite to eat, either to enjoy in the dining room or on the go. Hot meals and the salad bar are available at select times. Sandwiches, snacks, desserts, beverages and cold cereal are available throughout the day.

Patients, their families and guests looking for a place of quiet solitude and reflection can find it in the meditation room inside the Helmsley Center. The stained glass came from the decommissioned Catholic Church in Worthing, SD, and was donated by the Catholic Diocese of Sioux Falls.
