Platte Care Center Avera’s mission is to make a positive impact in the lives and health of persons and communities by providing quality services guided by Christian values.
The Platte Care Center is a 39-bed facility with a five star rating from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Private and semi-private rooms are available with 24/7 nursing services. We have Memberships with National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners as well as being a Certified Music and Memory Facility.
Our facility is connected to Platte Health Center Avera, which allows us to offer numerous services and amenities.
