Three Avera Hospitals Earn Honors as National Top 20 Critical Access Hospitals
Three Avera hospitals in South Dakota and Iowa recently were included in the Top 20 Critical Access Hospitals in the United States.
The Chartis Center for Rural Health evaluates hospitals nationwide and presented the top 20 facilities that met the criteria for 2018. The Avera facilities include:
- Avera Hand County Memorial Hospital, Miller, S.D.
- Avera Holy Family Hospital, Estherville, Iowa
- Floyd Valley Healthcare – Avera, Le Mars, Iowa
