Avera Mitchell Clinic Relocates to Avera Grassland

Avera Mitchell Clinic family medicine team has relocated to Access Health at the Avera Grassland campus in Mitchell, SD.

A long-standing part of the Mitchell community, the clinic will continue providing patients with convenient access to their trusted care team, along with lab, radiology, pharmacy, dialysis and other services in one location.

Mitchell Clinic joined the Avera Queen of Peace Hospital network of family medicine providers on April 1, 2025, and became Avera Mitchell Clinic.
