Access your health care information and ask your care team questions online with Avera MyChart or another patient portal.
Avera MyChart
Avera MyChart is an easy way to access your health care information, interact with your care team, and be a more active partner in your own health care. You can view test results, visit summaries, your medications and more. You can also access health insurance information if you are an Avera Health Plans member plus manage and refill your prescriptions through Avera Pharmacy.

What are the past patient portals for Avera, and can I still use them?
Most legacy portals are only available for view-only access for patients or clinicians, and they may be sunsetted in the future. They each have had their own unique logins and are not accessible by using your MyChart username and password.
- AveraChart – This portal is available for existing patients with accounts to view only starting May 30 until December 2026.
- Oncology & Hematology Patient Portal, powered by Kaiku – When MyChart launches on May 30, existing patients with Kaiku accounts will no longer have access.
