participants planning to undergo chemo for high-risk, early breast cancer, who are willing to provide tissue and blood specimens for circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) analysis
Assess how well amivantamab SC admin in combo with lazertinib or in combo with chemo works in participants with EGFRm NSCLC that is one of the major types of lung cancer
AMG 757 20230298 Tarlatamab: A Phase 1b Study Evaluating Subcutaneous Tarlatamab in Subjects with Small Cell Lung Cancer
Study to Evaluate the Safety, Tolerability, PK, and Efficacy of Vimseltinib in Adults With Chronic GVHD After Prior Therapy
compare ASP-1929 PIT in combination with pembrolizumab to pembrolizumab alone or pembrolizumab plus chemotherapy according to physician's choice (control arm) in HNSCC.
Efficacy of Durvalumab + Tremelimumab combined With Chemo vs Pembrolizumab combined With Chemotherapy in Metastatic Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) Patients (TRITON)
The phase III trial compares the effect of pembrolizumab to observation for the treatment of patients with early-stage triple-negative breast cancer who achieved a pathologic complete response after preoperative chemotherapy in combination with pembrolizumab. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. This trial may help researchers determine if observation will result in the same risk of cancer coming back as pembrolizumab after surgery in triple-negative breast cancer patients who achieve pathologic complete response after preoperative chemotherapy with pembrolizumab.
Randomized Phase III Trial of mFOLFIRINOX vs. FOLFOX With Nivolumab for First-Line Treatment of Metastatic HER2- Gastroesophageal Adenocarcinoma
This phase III trial compares the usual treatment (treatment with ipilimumab and nivolumab followed by nivolumab alone) to treatment with ipilimumab and nivolumab, followed by nivolumab with cabozantinib in patients with untreated renal cell carcinoma that has spread to other parts of the body.
This phase III trial compares adding a new anti-cancer drug (venetoclax) to the usual treatment (ibrutinib plus obinutuzumab) in older patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia who have not received previous treatment.
