Employee Assistance

Both large and small business can improve employee productivity, morale and wellness by partnering with Avera’s comprehensive Employee Assistance Program (EAP). EAP offers support for people to address personal and work-related issues away from the workplace. By doing so, they can be more present, focused and productive at work.

Mental health issues are not diagnosed during EAP sessions. Depending on your situation, a session may lead to additional referrals via the employee’s insurance (as applicable) for diagnosis and treatment of long-term mental health issues.

In-person EAP services with Avera are offered in Sioux Falls, SD. If you live elsewhere, ask about virtual sessions via video conference.
