While these screenings are typically not covered by insurance, some Avera Health Plans members are covered or you can use your flex spending account (FSA) or health savings account (HSA) to cover the affordable cost. What Happens During a Cardiovascular Screening
Our staff will conduct testing to check the health of your heart and vascular systems. They will review your medical history and review risk factors all in one visit. You can also benefit from a non-invasive check of your calcium score, a critical factor to early detection of heart disease.
Heart Screening
