Before ordering, please note:
- Gift certificates will be mailed within 5-7 business days from placing your order. We’ll send them to the address provided below.
- The person using the gift certificate must separately schedule a Planet Heart appointment.
Cost Per Screening
- Heart screening cost is $75, and includes: calcium score CT, blood pressure, BMI (body mass index), cholesterol and blood sugar check and risk factor counseling (as needed).
- Vascular screening cost is $75, and includes: carotid artery scan and ultrasound, abdominal aortic aneurysm scan and ultrasound, ankle brachial screen to detect peripheral artery disease, tobacco cessation counseling (as needed).
- All-in-one, Planet Heart screening cost is $125 and includes everything listed for the heart and vascular screenings. Most people choose this option to get both screenings done with one appointment.
