Breastfeeding
Information on breastfeeding and lactation services is available in person as a class itself or during classes covering newborn care. An online class is available for those who cannot attend in-person classes. If you choose the online option, you will receive a packet with a book and access code to an online self-study.

Women’s Center Tours
Join us for a short and informative tour of delivery suites and postpartum care areas. You’ll get a better idea of the comfort and safety accommodations available to you and your partner on the day of delivery. This tour is offered only in select Avera birthing facilities.
